At The Guardian Cross, we’re committed to delivering your orders with care, right to your doorstep!
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. For custom crosses, please allow 4-6 weeks for crafting and delivery.
- Shipping Rates: We’re thrilled to offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
International Customs & Restrictions
We successfully ship international orders on time and without issues to many happy customers worldwide. To ensure smooth delivery, please review the following:
- Know Your Country’s Import Policies: Before ordering, familiarize yourself with your country’s customs policies, which can be done by contacting your customs office. Understanding these policies can help you avoid potential delivery delays, import duties, or order returns.
- Personal Purchase Limits: Be aware of any personal purchase limits in your country. If your order exceeds this limit, you may need to arrange for a broker to clear your package through customs, which could involve extra fees.

International Taxes, Duties & Unclaimed Packages
- Customer Responsibility: The responsibility for any detained, impounded, delayed, or returned-to-sender packages lies with the customer. Import taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are separate from any order and shipping fees you pay directly to The Guardian Cross.
- Refunds for Returned or Refused Packages: Orders returned due to banned/restricted products, incorrect address, refusal to pay fees, or refusal to accept the package for any reason will be refunded minus all shipping, duty, and tax fees. Refunds are processed only upon receiving the returned package in our warehouse. If customs seizes a package or if the cost to return the product exceeds the refund amount, we will abandon the package, and no refund will be issued.
