Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, here’s how we can help:
- Standard Returns: Items in original, unused condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at support@theguardiancross.com to initiate a return.
- Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our custom crosses, we cannot accept returns on custom pieces. However, if there’s an issue with your custom cross, please reach out, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Policy
We know that sometimes things don’t work out as planned! If you’d like to exchange an item:
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges for items in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Simply email us at support@theguardiancross.com with your exchange request.
- Custom Orders: As custom crosses are crafted just for you, we cannot offer exchanges on these items. However, if there’s an issue with your custom piece, please contact us so we can assist.
- Exchange Process: Once your original item is received, we’ll process the exchange and ship the replacement within 2-3 business days.
